How to Use :
(For each 200g Gulab Jamun Mix) :
- Add in parts 100 ml Luke warm water or Milk (To prepare more tastier Gulab Jamuns) to Gulab jamun mix. Kneed gently into soft and smooth dough.
- Apply ghee on both the palms and shape 40 smooth and round balls without cracks from the dough.
- Deep fry balls in ghee or oil on medium-low heat until golden brown.
- Soak fried balls in hot sugar syrup for 30 minutes.
Sugar Syrup : The production of gulab jamun starts with the preparation of sugar syrup. Add 600g sugar in 900ml of water, boil for 5 minutes (1 String). For taste add saffron and cardamom.
Store this product in an airtight container in a cool, dry and dark place. If exposed to moisture and sunlight the product may lose its potency and pungency. When stored in proper conditions, the product has shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
